Recognizes Dresch's immigration from Germany in 1960, her attainment of U.S. citizenship, and her employment as a waitress at the Illini Country Club, Island Bay Yacht Club, and Northfield Inn Conference Center.

Notes her passion for cooking authentic German cuisine, bowling, gardening, traveling, and playing the lottery, as well as her strong personality and exceptional work ethic.

Lists her survivors including three children, multiple grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and notes those who preceded her in death.

Directs the Illinois Senate to extend sincere condolences to her family and friends, with a suitable copy of the resolution to be presented to her family.
