Michael J. "Mike" Sullivan of Moline passed away on September 19, 2022, and the Illinois Senate honors his memory with this resolution.

Born January 3, 1945, in Multnomah County, Oregon, Sullivan served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and married Teresa Meegan on February 28, 2009.

Retired from John Deere Foundry in East Moline on March 1, 1994, and from the Moline Housing Authority in 2010.

Survived by his wife Teresa, two children, five grandchildren, one great-grandson, and extended family including in-laws and a beloved dog named Dinky.

The Illinois Senate extends sincere condolences to Sullivan's family and friends, and a copy of the resolution will be presented to his family.
