Illinois Senate mourns the death of Eugene C. "Gene" Wadsager of Moline, who passed away on September 16, 2022

Wadsager was born August 6, 1943, graduated from United Township High School in 1961, served in the U.S. Air Force from 1962 to 1966, and retired from John Deere Harvester in January 2000

Survived by his wife Shirley L. Ruhnow Logan (married April 1986), two children, three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and five step-great-grandchildren

Senate extends sincere condolences to Wadsager's family, friends, and all who knew and loved him
