Taught elementary school at Harvard Park and Owen Marsh for 10 years and hosted 20 exchange students from various countries with her family

Active church member who taught Sunday school, volunteered for a crisis pregnancy center, and participated in multiple musical groups including the Illinois Symphony Chorus for 26 years

Resolution extends condolences to her surviving family, including husband Phil, three daughters, two stepsons, nine grandchildren, and directs that a copy be presented to the family
