Honors Lee Cabutti (born April 5, 1925; died September 8, 2022), a Southern Illinois University athlete who played on the N.A.I.A. National Champions basketball team (1946-1947) and was named most valuable football player in 1946.

Recognizes Lee Cabutti's coaching career in Herrin (1948-1955) and Champaign (1956-1986), where he won 538 basketball games as the winningest coach in school history, earned induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame (1974) and Athletic Director's Hall of Fame (1986), and had the basketball court at Champaign Central High School named after him in 2005.

Commemorates JoAnne Cabutti (born April 9, 1930; died September 11, 2022), a registered nurse who worked at Provena Covenant Medical Center from 1957 to 1992 and volunteered over 22,500 hours for the hospital's volunteer services, creating the JoAnne Cabutti Mitten Tree project.

Notes Lee and JoAnne Cabutti married on October 1, 1955, served as eucharistic ministers at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Champaign, and received the Keys to the City of Champaign in 2015 for their community service.
