Memorializes William "Bill" Kesler, who died on November 3, 2022, at age 94.

Kesler was born in Danville on May 3, 1928, earned degrees in Accounting (1950) and Law (1952) from the University of Illinois, and practiced law at Gunn and Hickman Law.

Served on boards for Springhill Cemetery, Danville Library, Danville Symphony Foundation, DACC Foundation, and Danville Country Club; was active in St. James United Methodist Church, Danville Rotary Club, and the YMCA.

Passion for golf since age 14, played three times weekly into his 90s; enjoyed traveling to Siesta Key, Florida annually and supporting the Fighting Illini and Chicago Cubs.

Survived by wife Beverly, daughter Ann, son John, four grandchildren, three stepchildren, and three step-grandchildren.
