Illinois Senate expresses condolences on the death of Larry D. Greene of Melrose Park, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at age 81

Larry Greene was born July 21, 1940, graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School in 1959, and served as a helicopter mechanic in the U.S. military in Germany from 1963 to 1965 during the Vietnam War

Worked for Western Electric (AT&T) until his retirement in 1990 and was a devoted member of Judson Church in Oak Park where he served as a Sunday School volunteer

Survived by his wife of 44 years Aiko Greene, siblings Tom (Jayne) Greene and Joanne (the late Louis) Cipparrone, and numerous nieces and nephews

Senate directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Greene family as an expression of deepest sympathy
