Commemorates the life and death of Annette Reid Nolan, who passed away on January 23, 2022 at age 83.

Recognizes her accomplishments including work as a psychiatric nurse at Michael Reese Hospital and Hines VA Medical Center, and her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from St. Xavier University.

Honors her participation in the Civil Rights Movement in Alabama and her relocation to Chicago around 1966 with her husband.

Acknowledges her surviving family members including two children, four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Directs the Illinois Senate to present a copy of this resolution to the Nolan family as an expression of sympathy.
