Reduces minimum age requirement for petition circulators from 18 years old to 17 years old in three sections of the Election Code (Sections 7-10, 8-8, and 10-4).

Allows 17-year-olds to circulate nomination petitions for candidates running in primary elections, provided they are U.S. citizens.

Makes conforming changes to petition forms and affidavit language to reflect the new 17-year-old age requirement for circulators.
