• Authorizes the Illinois National Guard to file certified copies of military protective orders with state court clerks for enforcement in the appropriate judicial circuit.

• Permits the Supreme Court of Illinois to adopt rules promoting pro bono attorney representation for domestic violence victims in protective order proceedings under both the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986.
