Election authorities must designate at least one telephone number (and optionally an SMS text number) before the 2024 general primary election for voters to request in-vehicle voting assistance or report intimidating/unlawful behavior at polling places

In-vehicle assisted voting must be offered to persons with disabilities, persons age 80 or older, and persons with infants under age one, allowing them to vote from their vehicle in the polling place's parking lot

At least 2 election judges from opposite political parties must assist each vehicle, and voters must sign an affidavit affirming eligibility for in-vehicle voting before receiving a paper ballot

Notices must be posted on all public entrance doors of polling places listing the assistance phone number and available services, and voter registration cards must include the assistance number

The State Board of Elections must provide guidance to election authorities on in-vehicle assisted voting procedures and create an affidavit form for voters using this option
