Amends Section 11-208.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding administrative adjudication of traffic violations for parking, standing, compliance, automated speed enforcement, and automated traffic law violations

Removes the word "additional" from the requirement for service of notices, changing the language from "additional notices" to simply "notices" sent to registered vehicle owners

Notices must be sent by first class U.S. mail to the address of the registered owner as recorded with the Secretary of State, or to an alternate address from a USPS-approved database if returned as undeliverable

The change clarifies notice requirements for municipalities and counties operating administrative adjudication systems for traffic violations with fines up to $500
