Amends the Medical Patient Rights Act (410 ILCS 50/3) to add a new patient right under Illinois law

Establishes that each patient has the right to receive care from a medical professional who is culturally sensitive to the patient's life experience

Adds this cultural sensitivity requirement as a new subsection (e) to the existing list of patient rights, which already includes rights to quality care, billing transparency, insurance notification, and privacy
