Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and Department of Human Services to update eligibility systems to allow automatic enrollment of eligible uninsured childless adults (ages 19-64) into Medicaid

Authorizes hospitals, community-based organizations, and other approved entities to screen and identify uninsured childless adults who qualify for medical assistance and submit electronic applications on their behalf

Limits the electronic application to no more than 2 pages and prohibits requiring additional information or attestations beyond what is provided in the completed application

Creates an exception to existing presumptive eligibility restrictions for childless adults, allowing them to receive coverage before full verification is complete

Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to apply for any necessary federal waivers, with implementation contingent on federal approval
