• Mandates annual renewal votes for Executive Directors and other Authority leaders with public contract solicitation processes; requires authorities to comply with Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act with financial details posted online

• Requires authorities to notify the General Assembly, Department of Commerce, and Governor when entering project financing commitments, filed electronically with the House Clerk and Senate Secretary
