Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to create exceptions for certain judicial officers and prosecutors to carry concealed firearms in otherwise prohibited government locations

Allows chief judges to carry concealed firearms in executive/legislative branch buildings, court buildings, and local government buildings without additional authorization

Permits Circuit Court judges and Associate Judges to carry in these locations with written consent from their chief judge

Allows State's Attorneys and the Attorney General to carry concealed firearms in these government locations, while assistant State's Attorneys and assistant Attorneys General require written consent from their respective State's Attorney or Attorney General

Exempts these officials from the Criminal Code Section 21-6 restrictions when carrying in government buildings, parking areas, and court facilities
