Expands who may report medical concerns about a driver to the Illinois Secretary of State to include immediate family members, in addition to medical practitioners, police officers, State's attorneys, and judges

Defines "immediate family member" as a parent, sibling, child by blood or adoption, stepchild, spouse, grandparent, or grandchild

Allows reporting of medical conditions that interfere with safe vehicle operation, including suspected chronic alcoholism or habitual use of narcotics or dangerous drugs

Grants immediate family members the same legal immunity protections already provided to medical professionals and officials who submit such reports

Amends the Driver's License Medical Review Law of 1992 under the Illinois Vehicle Code
