Creates new United States Space Force special license plates available to Illinois residents who are currently serving or have served in the U.S. Space Force

Plates may be issued for passenger vehicles and motor vehicles weighing not more than 8,000 pounds, with design, color, and format at the Secretary of State's discretion

Allows Space Force plates to be personalized as vanity plates and exempts them from requiring the "Land of Lincoln" designation

Permits surviving spouses of deceased Space Force members to retain the special plates by transferring registration within 180 days of the service member's death

Qualifies Space Force plate holders for the $10 reduced registration fee available to senior citizens approved for benefits under the Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities Property Tax Relief Act
