Creates the Illiana Task Force consisting of 24 police officers appointed by the Director of the Illinois State Police, with members selecting a chairperson from their number.

Task Force members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for necessary expenses from General Assembly appropriations.

Requires Task Force to meet at least monthly to study ways to reduce violence caused by illegal firearm use in local communities and make legislative recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly.

Task Force must submit annual reports by December 31 each year and a final report 5 years after creation.

Task Force dissolves 6 years after creation; the Act is repealed on January 1, 2030.
