Amends the Illinois Commercial Feed Act of 1961 to require pet food and specialty pet food labels to disclose whether the product contains a major food allergen.

Defines "major food allergen" as milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, and food ingredients that contain protein derived from those foods, using the definition from the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act.

Classifies pet food as misbranded if the label fails to disclose the presence of major food allergens.
