IL HB1390

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections (730 ILCS 5/5-5-3) to prohibit probation, periodic imprisonment, or conditional discharge for any felony offense requiring registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Adds a new category (FF) to the list of offenses for which mandatory imprisonment without probation or conditional discharge must be imposed.

Requires courts to sentence offenders convicted of sex offenses requiring registration to a minimum term of imprisonment as set forth in the Code, with authority to impose fines or restitution in addition to imprisonment.
