Amends the Guardianship and Advocacy Act to require the State Guardian's training program to include content on Alzheimer's disease and dementia, covering effective communication strategies, best practices for interacting with affected individuals, and strategies for supporting their rights.

Requires the State Guardian to consult with courts, guardianship organizations, public guardians, advocacy organizations, and persons with direct experience in adult guardianship when developing the training program content.

Mandates that public guardians complete a one-hour course on Alzheimer's disease and dementia within 6 months of their appointment and annually thereafter.

Specifies that the annual dementia training course must cover effective communication strategies, best practices for interacting with people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, and strategies for supporting their exercise of rights.

Requires the State Guardian to ensure training materials are accessible to persons with disabilities.
