State Board of Education shall establish and implement a statewide online curricula program allowing public schools optional access to school curricula, coursework, course materials, modules, textbooks, streaming videos, tests, software, and other educational tools through an online portal, subject to appropriation.

Program may support in-person instruction, remote and blended learning, supplement existing course curricula, or serve as a stand-alone resource for educators and students.

Online curricula program shall be accessible to schools and students through a platform provided by the State Board of Education, with individual school boards able to adopt policies for program use and implementation.

COVID-19 relief funds may be used to fund the program.

State Board of Education may adopt rules necessary to establish and implement the program.
