Eliminates interest on judgments arising from child support orders by amending Sections 2-1303 and 12-109 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Removes the previous monthly interest calculation method (one-twelfth of statutory interest rate applied to unpaid child support balance) and replaces it with a no-interest provision.

Makes corresponding grammatical changes to Section 2-1303 to exclude child support judgments from the general judgment interest rules that apply 9% or 6% annual interest depending on the judgment debtor type.

Applies to all future child support judgments while leaving other judgment interest provisions unchanged, including the 5% rate for consumer debt judgments of $25,000 or less and prejudgment interest rules for personal injury cases.
