Prohibits termination of gas and electric utility service to residential users when gas or electricity is the only source of space heating if National Weather Service forecasts 32 degrees Fahrenheit or below for the next 24 hours

Prohibits termination on days before holidays or weekends when temperatures are forecast to be 32 degrees Fahrenheit or below during that holiday or weekend

Prohibits termination of cooling utility service when gas or electricity is the only source of space cooling if National Weather Service forecasts 90 degrees Fahrenheit or above for the next 24 hours

Prohibits termination on days before holidays or weekends when temperatures are forecast to be 90 degrees Fahrenheit or above during that holiday or weekend

Prohibits termination when National Weather Service issues an excessive heat watch, heat advisory, or excessive heat warning for the utility's service area
