• Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to reduce compensation periods for specific workplace injuries back to the amounts in effect before February 1, 2006.

• Reduces compensation weeks for amputation or permanent loss of use of thumbs, fingers, toes, arms, legs, hands, and feet to pre-2006 levels.

• Reduces compensation for eye enucleation from 162 weeks to 150 weeks for injuries occurring on or after the bill's effective date.

• Reduces compensation for hearing loss of one ear from 54 weeks to 50 weeks and both ears from 215 weeks to 200 weeks for injuries on or after the bill's effective date.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
