Prohibits landlords from demanding, requesting, or collecting information regarding the immigration or citizenship status of a tenant or prospective tenant.

Permits landlords to request financial qualification documentation (including social security numbers or taxpayer identification numbers) from all prospective tenants equally, regardless of immigration or citizenship status.

Allows landlords who are also employers to collect information required to complete state or federal employment forms as permitted by law.

Prohibits landlords from threatening to disclose or disclosing immigration or citizenship status information to enforce compliance, harass, retaliate, or influence a tenant to vacate.

Prevents landlords from filing eviction actions based solely or partly on a tenant's immigration or citizenship status.
