Changes the Stalking No Contact Order Act to require courts to "shall" (rather than "may") award petitioners costs and attorney's fees when a stalking no contact order is granted.

Adds a new provision to the Civil No Contact Order Act requiring courts to award petitioners costs and attorney's fees when a civil no contact order is granted.

Corrects grammatical language in the Stalking No Contact Order Act, changing "attorneys fees" to "attorney's fees."

Applies to both stalking-related and sexual conduct-related no contact orders issued under Illinois law.
