Expands the definition of "sexual image" to include images that "falsely appear to show" sexual content, covering digitally altered or deepfake sexual images in addition to actual photographs and videos.

Extends liability to intentional dissemination of "intentionally digitally altered" sexual images without consent, requiring the defendant to have known or recklessly disregarded whether the image was private or digitally altered and the person was identifiable.

Prohibits disclosing that images were digitally altered as a defense to liability under the Act.

Clarifies that private sexual image dissemination is not a matter of public concern solely because the depicted individual is a public figure or the image is accompanied by a political message.

Expands available remedies to include equitable relief such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, or permanent injunctions ordering cessation of image display or disclosure.
