Adds Section 8-108.3 to allow Chicago Board of Education employees to establish up to 2 years of service credit for prior part-time employment by applying within 6 months and paying employee contributions, employer contributions, and interest.

Extends the temporary increased work limit for retired teachers from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023 to July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2026, allowing 120 paid days or 600 paid hours per school year (but not more than 100 days in the same classroom).

Adds Section 16-127(b)(11) to allow service credit for periods of student teacher employment when the student teacher received a salary.

Allows members and annuitants to disregard creditable service and earnings from the last fiscal year of employment (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2023) when determining retirement effective date and benefits, provided employment was less than 10 days and less than $2,500.
