Amends the Lodging Services Human Trafficking Recognition Training Act by establishing a certification program administered by the Department of Human Services for lodging establishments that comply with human trafficking training requirements.

Prohibits the State, school districts, and units of local government from expending funds at non-certified lodging establishments for procuring lodging, conference space, or hosting meetings and banquets.

Requires government entities to verify a lodging establishment's certification status on the Department's Internet website before committing funds for lodging-related purposes.

Makes certification status confirmation publicly available on the Department of Human Services website.
