Amends the Landscape Architecture Registration Act to add Section 53 authorizing the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to adopt continuing education rules for registered landscape architects.

Department must consider recommendations from the Registered Landscape Architecture Registration Board when establishing continuing education guidelines.

Continuing education requirements apply to any person seeking renewal or restoration of their landscape architect registration under Section 50.

Adds definitions for "Board" (Registered Landscape Architecture Registration Board), "email address of record," and clarifies existing definitions in the Act.

Section 10 is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027.
