Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to add immigration status as a protected class in real estate transactions, loan modification services, and blockbusting provisions.

Prohibits discrimination based on immigration status when refusing to engage in real estate transactions, altering transaction terms, refusing to receive offers, negotiating, or representing property availability.

Expands blockbusting protections to include immigration status by prohibiting solicitation for property sales/leases based on present or prospective changes in the immigration status of residents in a neighborhood.

Adds an exemption allowing inquiry into or use of immigration status if otherwise required by federal law.

Makes technical corrections including changing gender-specific pronouns to gender-neutral language throughout the statute.
