• Permits landowners, tenants, and designees to remove cottontail rabbits and grey or fox squirrels using live traps only, provided the animals are released alive and unharmed in suitable habitat outside city, town, or park boundaries.

• Requires designees conducting animal control to possess signed and dated written authorization from the drainage district, road district, landowner, or tenant at all times, and limits the permit exemption to property owned, leased, or controlled by the applicable entity.
