Removes the definition of "single shot" rifle from Illinois Wildlife Code.

Defines "wildlife rifle" as a rifle that can hold up to 3 rounds in the magazine and chamber combined.

Replaces all references to "single shot" centerfire rifles with "wildlife rifles" throughout the code, particularly in deer hunting regulations under Section 2.25.

Permits hunters to use wildlife rifles (up to 3 rounds capacity) for deer hunting during designated seasons, replacing the previous single-shot rifle restriction.

Repeals Section 1.2bb and makes conforming changes to Sections 2.25 and 2.33 of the Wildlife Code.
