Appropriates $139,070,280 to the Department of Human Services for early intervention services.

Appropriates $8,820,360 to the Department of Human Services for Maternal and Child Home Visiting Program grants and administration expenses.

Appropriates $12,691,200 to the Department of Human Services for Healthy Families Program grants and administration expenses.

Appropriates $492,718,800 to the Department of Human Services for child care services grants and administrative expenses, including prior year costs.
