Creates a Youth Firesetter Interventionist Coordinator position within the Office of the State Fire Marshal's Division of Arson, who must be a certified youth firesetter interventionist.

Coordinator must ensure a Certified Youth Firesetter Interventionist physically sees or connects with referred youth within 72 hours of referral, including weekends and holidays.

Office of the State Fire Marshal shall submit semiannual reports on Youth Firesetter Interventions to the General Assembly by December 31, 2023, June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2024, then annually thereafter.

Local Certified Youth Firesetter Interventionists may receive a $250 stipend and mileage reimbursement if not otherwise compensated by another employer for that case.

Job responsibilities for the Coordinator shall be developed using National Fire Protection Association standards related to Youth Firesetter Intervention Program Manager.
