Appropriates $28,060,180 for Supportive MI Housing grants and administrative expenses under the Community Services Act and Community Mental Health Act

Appropriates additional funds from the Illinois Affordable Housing Trust Fund ($15,383,700 total) and Health and Human Services Medicaid Trust Fund ($3,720,750) for homeless services

Takes effect July 1, 2023
