Amends the Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Act to extend model postsecondary and career expectations to grade 6 by July 1, 2023.

Requires beginning in grade 6 that students be introduced to the importance of developing and applying a work ethic in various contexts.

Work ethic instruction may include concepts such as professionalism, trustworthiness, integrity, initiative, respecting authority, punctuality, and appropriate workplace dress.

Directs ISBE to consult with a statewide business and manufacturing organization and publish a regional database of employer champions for work-based learning by July 1, 2024.

Requires ISBE to maintain an online inventory of resources available to support school districts in implementing College and Career Pathway Endorsements.
