• Amends the University of Illinois Act to require the Board of Trustees to provide free campus parking or full reimbursement for parking costs to adjunct professors and part-time or non-tenure track faculty members teaching on campus during an academic term.

• Applies the same free parking or reimbursement requirement to adjunct professors and part-time or non-tenure track faculty at Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Western Illinois University.

• Extends the free parking or reimbursement benefit to adjunct professors and part-time or non-tenure track faculty at public community colleges in Illinois.

• Allows institutions to choose between providing free parking or offering full reimbursement for the cost of campus parking for the academic term.
