Requires election authorities establishing vote centers to identify location, hours of operation, and health and safety requirements by the 40th day preceding an election.

Removes the July 1, 2023 repeal date for vote center provisions, making them permanently available rather than temporary.

Allows voters in a jurisdiction to vote on election day at a designated vote center regardless of their registered precinct.

Election authorities must certify vote center information to the State Board of Elections by the specified deadline.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
