Increases continuing education requirements for massage license renewals from 24 hours to 25 hours per renewal period

Authorizes Department to adopt rules establishing requirements for domestic violence and sexual assault awareness course content and instructors

Establishes Department verification methods for continuing education completion through audits, certificate filing, or other approved means
