Establishes minimum hourly wage rates for school district and joint agreement employees providing educational support services, including custodial, transportation, food service, classroom assistants, administrative staff, and paraprofessional educators.

Sets minimum hourly rates of $20 for 2024-2025 school year, $21 for 2025-2026 school year, and $22 for 2026-2027 school year.

Requires minimum hourly rates for school years after 2026-2027 to increase annually by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Includes school district payments on behalf of employees as contributions to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund as part of the employee's salary calculation.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
