Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430 ILCS 66/5) to include stun guns and tasers in the definition of "handgun"

Removes the previous exclusion of stun guns and tasers from the "handgun" definition by striking the language that listed them as exceptions

Makes stun guns and tasers subject to the same concealed carry licensing requirements as traditional firearms under Illinois law

Changes item (1) in the list of exclusions to blank, as stun guns and tasers are now included rather than excluded from the handgun definition
