Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law to add Section 2310-23 requiring annual reporting on pharmacy deserts.

Department of Public Health must submit an annual report to the General Assembly by December 31 each year identifying pharmacy desert locations within Illinois and associated health issues.

Defines "pharmacy desert" as a location lacking prescription medication retail sales due to insufficient pharmacies, health care facilities, or other prescription medication dispensaries.

Report requirements may be satisfied if the Department includes information from the federal government that identifies pharmacy desert locations and related health issues.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
