Amends the Labor Dispute Act to allow courts to award monetary damages for harm to an employer's property resulting from conduct prohibited by law in labor disputes.

Maintains existing prohibition on restraining orders and injunctions in labor disputes, except regarding unlawful conduct that damages employer property.

Preserves protections for workers to peacefully terminate employment, cease work, and engage in peaceful persuasion without threats or intimidation.

Clarifies that peaceful picketing and communication on public streets or thoroughfares in labor disputes remain protected activities.
