Creates a Board of Dental Technology composed of 4 denturists with 5+ years of experience, 1 dentist, and 2 public members appointed by the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Establishes licensure requirements for denturists effective January 1, 2024, including an associate degree in denture technology, 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice, and passage of written and practical examinations.

Defines "denturist" as a licensed practitioner authorized to construct, repair, reline, fit, and alter dentures and removable dental appliances, including taking impressions, bite registrations, try-ins, and insertions.

Allows licensure by reciprocity for out-of-state denturists licensed in other states, the District of Columbia, Canada, or U.S. territories with substantially equivalent standards and 2 years of full-time active practice experience.

Requires display of denturist licenses in conspicuous places and amends Section 20 to include denture technology alongside dentistry and dental hygiene licensing provisions.
