Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act by deleting the requirement that signs stating firearms are prohibited must be clearly and conspicuously posted at entrances to prohibited areas.

Maintains all existing prohibited locations for carrying concealed firearms, including schools, government buildings, courthouses, hospitals, public transportation, alcohol-serving establishments, universities, parks, and airports.

Allows private property owners (other than residences) to prohibit concealed firearms but removes the mandatory signage requirement for such prohibitions.

Preserves exceptions permitting firearm storage in locked vehicles at parking areas of prohibited locations and allows carrying firearms while traveling along public rights of way that cross prohibited premises.
