Amends the Children and Family Services Act by adding Section 34.6a requiring annual reporting on Department caseloads and staffing.

Department of Children and Family Services must submit a report to the General Assembly no later than March 1 of each year.

Report must include information on ongoing case files, caseload tracking systems operated by the Department, and the ratio of active cases to active personnel.

Report must address how appropriations can be structured to incentivize effective caseload management and reduce individual case burdens on Department staff.
