Adds Section 2105-405 to the Department of Professional Regulation Law requiring the Division of Professional Regulation to employ one full-time licensing liaison for international applicants

Licensing liaison shall assist international applicants with questions and provide information regarding foreign education requirements for licenses administered by the Division

Liaison duties include coordinating with department personnel to process applications from international applicants and providing education and information resources to community organizations serving international applicants
